Listed barn conversion, one new barn style house and five new low cost affordable social houses. The site is located on the edge of open countryside and adjacent to the original farmhouse, a Listed Building. These planning concerns were successfully addressed by giving a farm yard appearance to the front and through landscaping and the use of traditional vernacular materials. The design is sensitively in keeping with the farmhouse and the character of the area on the banks of the River Sheppey.
