Building Regulation Approval from Mendip District Council has been granted for this one off new house near Shepton Mallet.
The latest Building Regulations had to be applied including SAP Calculations so the house is well insulated and very energy efficient.
The house will now be constructed using a timber frame with stone cladding. This is a much faster and consequently cost effective construction technique that is also more sustainable.
Work has now been completed on site.
