A new timber frame sustainable dwelling on a picturesque site. The site has varying ground levels and includes a ‘dell’ which the dynamic design will cantilever over offering dramatic views. The development of two houses also includes an existing bungalow which will be extended and remodelled.
Detailed Panning Permission has recently been granted through a successful Planning Appeal. A Building Control application and tender drawings are currently being prepared with a view to construction works commencing on site in the summer 2010.
