Little Court, a Listed Building Refurbishment & Extension
The renovation and restoration of a grade 2 Listed Building in Bitton, near Bath and Bristol. The sensitively restored house provides an updated family home with additional bedrooms and a new modern kitchen and bathrooms whilst retaining the historic features. A new elevated garden terrace overlooks the River Boyd makes a lovely outdoor area for alfresco dining. Whilst at times challenging, using our specialist conservation knowledge and working closely with South Gloucestershire Council, Detailed Planning Approval and Listed Building Consent was given quickly and without problems. Construction work was manged and progressed well and despite Covid restrictions the project finished on time and within budget.
