New kitchen in a Listed Building requiring demolition of existing internal wall to open up the kitchen and dining area.
Listed Building Consent allowed the formation of one large attractive kitchen and dining space suitable for modern living.
Bath and North East Somerset planning department required Listed Building Approval to all details, including architraves, etc.
Listed Building and Planning Consent were also granted for the conversion of the basement and works have now been completed on site.
