A refurbishment of a Georgian town house requiring Listed Building Consent from Bath and North East Somerset Council. The works involved the demolition of existing internal walls to form an open plan attractive kitchen and dining space suitable for modern living. The addition of an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom. In addition, consent were also granted for the conversion of the basement into separate accommodation suitable to let such as through Airbnb.
