Interesting and exciting opportunity to look at the interior design and internal layout of this fairly modern detached house near Castle Cary. Currently there is a conservatory at the back which will be replaced with a more permanent garden room structure to provide the proposed open plan living space with views across the garden. The clients are keen to use sustainable construction techniques and technology to make this extension as eco friendly as possible. We are looking to include Solar panels, Ground Source Heat Pump and possible Heat Exchanger. Planning permission and Building Control approval have been granted from South Somerset District Council. Work is due to start soon.
