The site is located on the High Street in Norton St Philip and lays within a Conservation Area and an Area of High Archaeological Potential. Listed Building Consent is waiting approval from Mendip District Council. The proposals are consistent with the alteration and refurbishment of Grade 2 listed chapel. This will allow the continuation of the original use integral with the building and it’s past. As an added benefit it will maintain a community building for the village to use.
