Whilst Building Regulations increasingly become more difficult it is for the best as Building Control Approval will give you a modern and efficient home that is both cost effective to run and more friendly to the environment. Architects have to continually retrain to be at the forefront of changes and so they have the right skills to gain approval and we have a 100% success rate with all our Building Control applications.
The new Building Regulations have got so complicated now, especially in terms of thermal insulation, carbon footprint and water consumption – how is it best to deal with the new requirements?
The Building Regulations apply to all building work in England & Wales and set standards for the design and construction of buildings to ensure the safety and health for people in or about those buildings. They also include requirements to ensure that fuel and power is conserved and facilities are provided for people, including those with disabilities, to access and move around inside buildings.
